My policy was changed from $424 1 yr to almost $2000 a yr almost 4000 when you figure in her double dipping into credit card and checking account.. I did not approve that. Then she tried to pin it on another agent in another city, with a different name, that agent had no knowledge of the policy nor payment. I gave Kim 1 month to straighten it out, she was surly, lazy or worst. And now she is sorry: I seriously doubt that. Check dates of reviews. Ownership changed."
