"My rate has almost doubled in a year. Hit a deer, totalled car out. Hail damage on a perfectly good new used car. Got 3 estimates, they still refusing to fix. Just want to total it. Horrible insurance company and agents."

"I am amazed at the speed, courtesy and communication I've received regarding a total roof replacement due to hail damage. Any questions I had were addressed by Kim and her concerned staff. I requested a phone call directly from the claims department and I received it within 1/2 hour. I received a detailed estimate and prompt payment before work started and after it was completed. Fair rates, great communication from all departments and personal service with an office in town are so very hard to find. Sincere thanks to Kim Trautner, her staff in Edgerton and all those working at State Farm behind the scenes! You made an otherwise stressful situation easy for me to deal with!"

"The level of care given to their customers has decreased and is continuously decreasing over time . Very hard to get a hold of the agent and the Staff does not put your satisfaction first. Makes you handle your concerns with State Farm corp versus being an advocate for their customers. It has been over two months to get a simple car inspection and estimate. Checks were printed to wrong people sent to wrong addresses and wrong names."

Also had a new check with your correct mortgage company listed and gave to your husband this morning. We do our best to get these things resolved right away since we know having a claim can be stressful and appreciate your patience as we navigate this catastrophic event. "

"To start, I am very unhappy with how State Farm handled my recent auto claim for hail damage. The communication throughout the process was poor—every time I called for an update, no one seemed to know what was going on. At one point, my car was declared totaled, then that decision was reversed, leaving me stuck in a confusing and never-ending cycle of questions. Eventually, it was totaled again, which was a relief just so this nightmare could finally end. Turning to my local agent, I’ve had trouble getting any response regarding a quote I requested, and I never received answers to my questions about my insurance bill. Additionally, there have been too many errors made with simple policy changes. Overall, I would strongly recommend shopping around before choosing State Farm."

"I've referred 4 people so far! She got me the same coverage for 650 less than I paid at Allatate for 14 years. Exact same coverage! She mails me a card in the mail .....and safe driving device in my car saved me an additional 97.00 off my bill. I look at it daily. She saved my friend (Dan B.) 871.00 for the year and my neighbors said she saved them sooo much. Thadius (TJ) helps me with my apps too, and quotes, and very nice office staff to work with toooo!"

"Bought a 3rd car and came in to get it insured. Gentleman working there was incredibly rude. I said “I have to shop this” and he remarked “go ahead everything is expensive now so good luck” he went back to doing what he was before and could clearly care less if I left. Kim is usually in her office so you don’t deal with her directly so you might end up with this person or maybe worse. As far as his comment about everything going higher I now pay 38% less with Geico so not only was he rude he was also inaccurate. So rude I adjusted from 5 stars to 1 and will never deal with this location again."

"In my search for better insurance rates, of all the companies out there Heather contacted me by text and stayed in touched, asking if I had any more questions . When I stopped in their office, I was greeted by TJ and then sat down with Heather. I have had the same auto insurance for 40 some years so I didn’t make the change lightly. Heather and Tj were both greet to meet and work with. Very easy transition and they helped me save a lot of money!!!"
